    A Michelin-starred restaurant inside Viareggio's grand Plaza e de Russie hotel, with dining room windows facing the famous seafront promenade. The chef, Luca Landi, builds tasting menus around local seafood, coastal vegetables, and inland producers, with a circular cooking philosophy that genuinely shapes the menu rather than decorating the marketing. The wine list runs to around 800 labels, with an unusually strong by-the-glass selection for anyone not committing to a bottle.
