The façade is yellow, the interior is yellow, and the proprietress dresses to match, so you know this small French bistro isn't hedging its commitment to the Jura region. The chef fell hard for that corner of eastern France and built an entire restaurant around it: the wines, the forests, the chicken braised with morels in vin jaune. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, and the room feels personal in a way that most neighborhood bistros only pretend to be.
