Five rooms, all with private terraces, tucked behind a Republican-era façade in Barrio Italia, one of Santiago's more quietly creative neighborhoods. Maison Italia 1029 is a small boutique hotel built mostly new by Co2 Architects, all raw concrete and native materials softened into something genuinely warm. The ground-floor Cowork Bar draws in locals alongside guests, so it feels less like a hideaway and more like a neighborhood living room you happen to be sleeping above.
