    A former 1960s Brutalist insurance office across from Saint-Bénigne Cathedral, now a Mama Shelter hotel where maximalist décor and playful nods to Burgundy fill every corner, including a house-brand Dijon mustard made with local producer Edmond Fallot. Rooms are comfortable without being fussy, and the bar, restaurant, and garden patio keep things social well into the evening. Selected by the Michelin Guide.
