This modern sharing-plates restaurant pairs Catalan and Japanese ingredients in ways that shouldn't work as well as they do. Booking is non-negotiable. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and the sake list is short but genuinely considered, which is a nice surprise in Perpignan.
