A fully vegan tasting menu restaurant in Zurich's Feldstrasse, where the kitchen runs a surprise menu of four to eight courses built entirely around whatever the market turned up that week. No meat, no fish, no advance warning of what's coming. Book well ahead, because tables are genuinely scarce here. In summer, the pavement terrace is the obvious play.
