A ramen shop in Petworth where the kitchen runs the full length of a sleek, narrow room and the team moves through it like they've been doing this for decades. The menu is almost entirely bowls, house-made noodles with broths that have real depth without being heavy about it. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, which tracks. Karaage with yuzu mayo is the one detour, and it's worth taking.
