Each of the 199 rooms at this nine-story hotel in Canberra's Braddon neighborhood has its own bespoke artwork, commissioned from New York artist Thomas Bucich. The building wraps around a landscaped garden atrium, which does more for a lobby than most lobbies manage. The in-house restaurant leans on local suppliers, and the bar pours two beers brewed exclusively for the hotel by the neighboring BentSpoke microbrewery.
