Milagro
Bistronomic New American
White marble counter, parquet floors, and green velvet armchairs set the register at this compact neo-vintage bistro in the 7th. The American chef trained with Alain Passard and David Toutain, and the cooking lands somewhere between New Mexico instinct and Parisian bistronomic tradition, which is a stranger combination than it sounds and a more interesting one. Regulars fill the room early, so book ahead.
