A stuffed pepper is apparently the highest praise in Naples, and locals use one as a nickname for this trattoria a block from the central station. The kitchen has been around forever defending Neapolitan tradition while slipping in the odd bao filled with slow-cooked genovese, which is either heresy or confidence depending on who you ask.
