A boutique hotel built around the legacy of Loïe Fuller, the American dancer whose swirling silk performances made her a muse for Toulouse-Lautrec and Rodin. Steps from the Arc de Triomphe, it belongs to the Drawing Hotels Collection, which hands each floor to a different artist. No two rooms look alike, though all have custom wallpaper, tiled Italian-style bathrooms, and wrought-iron balconies. The glass-ceilinged bar downstairs serves Art Nouveau cocktails, and an art concierge is on hand.
