A cocktail bar in Sai Ying Pun where the drinks, alcoholic or not, are almost beside the point. Founded by Ezra Star, a celebrated Boston mixologist, Mostly Harmless once ran an entire stint as a zero-proof bar after a licensing snag, producing sous-vide-infused, fermented, house-vinegar cocktails so structured they made the detour look intentional. The alcohol is back now, but the ethos stuck: the team is more interested in the person across the bar than what's in their glass.
