    Every autumn, locals gather on the Qiantang River to watch the Silver Dragon, a nine-meter tidal bore that charges upstream at startling speed, and MUMIAN puts you on the bank for it. This Hyatt Unbound Collection hotel wraps 186 rooms around a 270-degree river view, with a rooftop garden of bridges and waterways floating above the city canopy.
