    Tucked inside Munich's Museum of Urban and Contemporary Art, this creative restaurant takes its cues from the building around it, right down to the interior design. The kitchen is open, so watching the team work is part of the meal. Dinner runs as a four-course set menu, meat or vegetarian, with wine or alcohol-free pairings available. Lunch opens up to à la carte. Regional ingredients throughout, and a wine list that takes natural bottles seriously.
