Nagamoto
Japanese
A Michelin-starred omakase counter on the eighth floor of a Central building, where the menu changes every month because the chef, a Kyoto native, takes the Japanese idea of peak-season cooking with unusual seriousness. The 10-to-13-course progression is built around pristine seafood and wild vegetables, and the rice course at the end lands with the particular satisfaction of a well-timed final word.
