Across the street from the Buen Pastor cathedral, Narru runs two rooms under one roof: a casual front space for pintxos and drinks, and a tablecloth dining room behind it where the à la carte gives way to a tasting menu that leans hard on the grill. The fish, especially, gets the treatment, turbot, sole, and red mullet over live fire. Market-driven and traditional, with enough technique to keep things interesting.
