A narrow wine bar tucked into the Old Town that you will walk past at least once before finding it, which is apparently part of the experience. Inside, whitewashed brick and a semi-vaulted ceiling set the tone for hearty Polish-leaning cooking that punches well above the price point. The "Nat" comes from the natural and orange wine list, which earns its own attention. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand.
