An 18-seat farm-to-table restaurant on Powell where nearly everything on the plate comes from British Columbia, and the wine list follows the same rule. The menu shifts constantly with the season, building dishes around a single ingredient and crediting the growers by name. Counter seats wrap around an open kitchen stuffed floor to rafters with preserving jars and glassware. The Michelin Guide has it selected, and Air Canada named it one of Canada's top new restaurants in 2025.
