Former stables beneath the Neues Schloss, converted into a moody fine dining room with cross-vaulted ceilings, dark designer tones, and actual art on the walls. The kitchen runs a set menu of three to eight courses, with a tableside beef tartare you can add if you know to ask. A chic bar handles aperitifs and digestifs, so the evening can stretch as long as you like. Reach it via the Burgstaffeln steps from the pedestrian zone, which beats circling for parking.
