Nobu Santorini

Perched on the cliffside village of Imerovigli, this all-suite hotel stacks the Nobu brand's signature minimalism against the caldera views Santorini was made famous by. Every suite comes with a king bed and a private terrace, and many add a plunge pool, which takes the edge off the existential weight of looking at that much ocean. The restaurant does Nobu's Peruvian-Japanese cooking with a nod to the Greek pantry, open-air, facing the view.
