Nōksu
Contemporary Korean
A code-locked door in the middle of Koreatown opens onto a black marble counter, every chef armed with tweezers and clearly not messing around. Nōksu is a tasting-menu counter focused on contemporary Korean cooking, with seafood at the center and a rocking playlist overhead keeping things from getting too reverent. One Michelin star, and the squab landed on the New York Times top dishes list.
