    The centerpiece is a 50-meter L-shaped infinity pool, and the caldera is nowhere in sight. This minimalist resort in Mesaria trades the cliffside cliché for a village-like cluster of modern buildings that nod to local vernacular without cosplaying it. Rooms and bungalows lean into organic materials and plush bedding, many with private plunge pools. The spa pushes the aesthetic further, and the dining runs from high-end modern Greek to poolside casual.
