    Most Santorini stays hand you a whitewashed ledge and call it a view. Erosantorini is a private estate with enough land to split its infinity pool across three terraced levels, each one looking out over the caldera. Suites come with outdoor Jacuzzis or plunge pools and often get booked together as one sprawling villa. An open-air kitchen and dining pavilion give the whole thing the feel of a house party you planned months in advance.
