    The only splash of red on Santorini's white caldera rim, this small boutique hotel makes its point early: four suites decorated in warm neutrals and colorful art instead of the obligatory all-white palette, and a French fine dining restaurant on site, which is not something you find everywhere on a Greek island. With just four suites, the pool stays genuinely uncrowded, and two rooms come with private Jacuzzis aimed at the caldera.
