    A 950-foot lazy river winds past stages, bars, and cabanas, which is either a water park or a very wet music festival, depending on your afternoon. Oasis Water Park covers seven acres with an eight-story waterslide, a wave pool, and a hot tub that holds 25 people at once. All pools are heated, so this runs year-round. Day passes are available to non-resort guests, and in Phoenix, that's a genuine public service.
