    The lobby arrives on the 25th floor, ringed by floor-to-ceiling windows framing the Burj Khalifa and a skyline that makes the elevator ride feel like the opening credits of something grand. This urban resort, tucked inside two towers joined by a long cantilever, pitches itself as a full Dubai holiday without requiring you to leave the building, and mostly pulls it off between two pools, a wellness hub, and a dining lineup built for people who don't look at prices.
