A circular dining room inside the Hotel Cipriani on Giudecca, with lagoon and Lido views that make the setting feel like it was designed to distract you from your food. It doesn't. The chef trained partly in Morocco, and that thread runs through an otherwise Italian-rooted menu, with ingredients pulled from the surrounding lagoon. One Michelin star.
