    A porcelain art installation by Livia Marin sets the tone for this Michelin-starred Italian fine dining room inside Zurich's Mandarin Oriental Savoy, with its own entrance on Waaggasse. The kitchen runs on creative modern Italian cooking, dishes built around bold contrasts that somehow stay composed. Two tasting menus in the evening, a cheese trolley rolled tableside, and a wine list that actually bothers with Swiss bottles.
