Ossiano is a fine dining tasting menu restaurant inside the Atlantis on Palm Jumeirah, built around an aquarium housing tens of thousands of marine animals. The ten-course menu traces explorers who sailed the Atlantic, with courses finished tableside for effect. It holds a Michelin star and a Forbes Five Star.
