A gelateria in Monteverde Vecchio where the flavors lean restrained rather than sugar-forward, which is either a revelation or a disappointment depending on what you came for. Marco Radicioni trained under one of Rome's gelato legends and the house sensibility shows in the sourcing. Specialty coffee and pastries have since turned it into a full third-wave stop, so you can reasonably linger without just holding a cone.
