Eight tables on a bougainvillea-draped terrace, with Etna, the Bay of Naxos, and Taormina's rooftops arranged below like they were put there for the occasion. This Michelin-starred fine dining room occupies a grand old villa, and the setting does a lot of the talking before the food arrives. The chef runs tasting menus of reinterpreted Sicilian cooking, with a vegetarian path available, and a wine list that runs deep into small local producers.
