Hong Kong's first warehouse-conversion boutique hotel sits on the quieter south side of the island, where you get rolling green hills instead of tourist crush. The building is tall by any city's standards, and the loft aesthetic leans hard into New York fantasy: raw ceilings, wood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and every surface claiming an artwork or design gesture. It's a lot, in the best warehouse-conversion tradition. The South Island Line makes it less remote than it sounds.
