A rooftop infinity pool faces Aberdeen Harbour, which is a strong opening move for a hotel that already has a lot going on. The Arca is a design hotel in Wong Chuk Hang, a former industrial neighborhood that galleries and restaurants have been quietly colonizing. Preserved concrete sits alongside terrazzo floors and copper details, and a rooftop mural by local artists Rebecca Lin and Carol Mui keeps things from feeling generic.
