    The South Harbour spreads out ten floors below while the chefs bring you your food themselves, which sets the tone. Palace is a dinner-only tasting menu restaurant where Finnish chef Eero Vottonen pulls Japanese technique across Nordic ingredients, and it holds two Michelin stars. Expect fifteen or so courses, seasonally reworked, with a lightness that keeps the length from feeling like a marathon.
