    Surrounded by the Burle Marx Park, one of São Paulo's great green escapes, this Oetker Collection hotel puts 141 rooms inside actual tropical forest, with lagoons and exotic birds visible from the windows. Jean-Georges Vongerichten runs the restaurant on site, and the Sisley-run spa handles facials with the kind of Parisian seriousness you didn't expect to find in a Brazilian park. A Forbes Four Star and two Michelin Keys.
