Paris Méditerranée
Mediterranean
A former Parisian chef cooking whatever the boats brought in that morning, in a rustic little room near the canal with red bench seats and a warm front-of-house. The menu shifts with the catch and the chef's mood, landing somewhere between bistro and seaside trattoria. Sète is serious fishing country, and the kitchen leans into it hard, favoring bold, unvarnished flavors. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand.
