Red leather banquettes and large murals fill what used to be a bank vault, giving this cellar restaurant a warm, members-club feel that the original architects certainly didn't intend. The cooking draws on Irish produce but wanders freely around the continent, landing somewhere between a French bistro and an Italian trattoria without committing to either, which turns out to suit it fine.
