    Restored cave dwellings perched into the Santorini cliffs, once stables and fishermen's homes, now a 21-suite boutique hotel with whitewashed vaulted ceilings, arched doorways, and not a television anywhere. The infinity pool at sunset is the kind of thing people move their flights for. The restaurant, a former wine cellar, does candlelit poolside dinners. Perivolas holds a Michelin Key.
