    Calling itself a summerhouse takes some nerve when every one of the twelve suites looks straight out over the caldera, but Hom Santorini earns the casual confidence. This cliffside hotel in Oia keeps a footwear-optional, drinks-anytime register while delivering marble bathrooms, cave suites carved into volcanic rock, and an infinity pool whose edge lines up with the horizon just enough to annoy the swimmers.
