    This is the Vegas outpost of the Brooklyn steakhouse that built a reputation on dry-aged porterhouse and a famously brusque dining room. Expect a pricey, old-school meat house with the kind of check that makes the sizzling platter feel like a down payment. Lunch has a quieter trick: a burger served only a few hours, Wednesday through Sunday, made from chuck and scraps of the dry-aged loin, and nearly $30 once fries show up.
