    A glass-walled wine store at the center of the room holds over 700 bins, including Château Pétrus going back decades, which sets the tone immediately. This is a fine dining room in Belgravia, named after the famous Pomerol estate, where the cooking runs to lobster and turbot in classically French, unfussy luxury. Gordon Ramsay's team holds a Michelin star, and the well-heeled regulars who fill it look like they already knew that.
