The momos at this Tibetan restaurant in Jackson Heights are the opening argument: big, carefully pleated dumplings arriving in a cloud of steam, stuffed with beef and scallions. Michelin gave it a Bib Gourmand, and the rest of the menu holds up, from chewy stir-fried noodles to chicken with caramelized onions and peppers. There's chili oil on every table and a hot sauce that means business. Portions are generous and prices are kind.
