Free-range chicken runs the whole show at this cozy Vietnamese pho shop in San Jose's Vietnam Town. The cơm gà rô ti, a rotisserie chicken rice plate, arrives with tomato-flavored rice, a sunny-side up egg, and chile sauce, plus a small cup of chicken soup on the side because apparently that wasn't enough food already. The San Francisco Chronicle has named it among the top Vietnamese spots in the Bay Area.
