Guests at this creative tasting-menu spot on rue Gambey don't get a menu, before or after the meal. The chef, a familiar name in the 11th, sends out inventive, cosmopolitan plates with occasional detours through Korea, then asks the table to guess what they just ate. It's a good game when the cooking gives you something to think about. The room is relaxed enough that the whole thing feels like a dinner party rather than a performance.
