    Wahabi Nouri grew up in Casablanca, and the spices that thread through his set menus at this one-Michelin-star restaurant in Eppendorf make that lineage felt without announcing it. French technique and North African warmth trade off course by course, and the chef's surprise main changes daily, which keeps even regulars guessing. Warm tones, genuinely attentive service, and the kind of lighting that makes everyone look better than they are.
