    A five-generation family pharmacy in a Sino-Portuguese shophouse is now a Thai-Chinese fine dining destination, and the bones of the old building do a lot of atmospheric heavy lifting. Chef Pichaya "Pam" Soontornyanakij runs a progressive tasting menu that leans into Chinese ingredients and personal family lore. The sommelier's wine pairing is worth asking about. Potong holds a Michelin star.
