Chef Pam Soontornyanakij runs this fine-dining tasting menu out of a restored Chinatown apothecary building, five stories of family history pressed into service for one of the more quietly ambitious meals in Bangkok. The food moves through Thai-Chinese culinary memory, aged duck and crab roe alongside pandan and tamarind, in courses named for feelings rather than ingredients. It holds a spot on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list, and Pam took the World's Best Female Chef in 2025.
