This Viaduct Harbour hotel runs from standard rooms up to Junior Suites where the freestanding tub sits inside the bedroom with no wall between it and you. Esther handles Mediterranean and North African cooking downstairs, and the rooftop bar swaps egg whites for aquafaba and runs DJs on weekends.
