    A terrace running along the medieval walls above Dubrovnik's harbour, with St. John's fortress on one side and the Adriatic on the other, sets the scene for this Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant. The chef, a Dubrovnik native returned from kitchens across Europe, folds Asian technique and French precision into Mediterranean cooking. A wine list running to 450 labels leans Croatian but keeps its passport open.
