A three-room boutique tucked inside a 15th-century stone house, right against Dubrovnik's old city wall with St. John's Fort as a neighbor. The family who owns it also runs it, which makes the whole operation feel less like a hotel and more like borrowing a well-appointed friend's apartment, complete with underfloor heating and SMEG kitchenettes. No breakfast service, but the owners know Old Town cold and will point you everywhere worth going.
